Here's a first post.
Lovely day outside.
I fractured my tailbone the other day while riding my bike. The seat came up and hit my bone while I almost fell off my bike. I was having issues with my bike the other night. I'm blaming it because it's an American bike.
I should be sitting on an inflatable ring- but I'm not. I'm also supposed to eat fiber and try to to become constipated. Aparently when you have a tailbone injury your body slows its bowell movements to give energy to heal the tailbone.
Odd, right? I know.
